Peter Coman
Peter Coman is the Chairman of the Board at Qscan Group. Peter is a Partner and Head of Australia and New Zealand at Morrison, and has overseen a wide range of infrastructure investments in Australasia, in the social infrastructure, renewable energy, healthcare and transport sectors. Before joining Morrison in 2008, Peter was Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, New Zealand. Peter is also currently serving as Chair of RHCNZ Medical Imaging Group.
John Livingston

In addition to his role as Director at Qscan Group, John is currently an executive director of 4D Medical (ASX:4DX) and is Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. John is also Chairman of the Board at Comrad Medical Systems and director at Ballarat Clarendon College, and is a graduate member of the AICD. He is a former director of VicWest Community Telco and United Way.
John was previously one of the founding partners of Lake Imaging, subsequently forming Integral Diagnostics Ltd (ASX:IDX), where John was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. John was awarded the AGFA International Award for Development of Digital Imaging Solutions in 2005.
Alan McCarthy

Alan began his career in healthcare as CEO of Castlereagh Radiology. In 1998 Alan took up the role as General Manager of Mayne Diagnostic Imaging followed by corporate leadership roles in 2007 with Cardinal Health and Carefusion large American medical companies. In 2012 Alan took up the role of Managing Director of Philips for Australia and New Zealand.
In July 2014 Alan returned to Alpenglow as CEO and Director, to lead Alpenglow to deliver its strategy of service improvement and expansion. At that time Alan also returned to lead the SRG radiology Group in Auckland NZ to further enhance its strategy of genuinely dedicated MSK subspecialty radiology. Alan is passionate about ensuring that Doctors and patients in regional Australia receive an imaging service that is equal to or greater than that received by those in metropolitan areas.
Lil Bianchi

Lil has impressive international board and executive experience in business transformation, technology, and risk. She has built growth for global listed, billion-dollar corporations through to tech start-ups across health, finance, and transport sectors. Lil has a track record in innovation and international research with technology product expertise in AI and SaaS. Lil has strong governance experience including Chair of Audit and Risk for an ASX listed MedTech.
Nicole Patterson
Nicole has worked in the infrastructure investment market for almost two decades in Australasia and the UK and has extensive experience in the digital and healthcare sectors. She joined Morrison & Co in 2011 and is currently focused on a number of Infratil assets, including as a Director of CDC NZ Data Centres and Qscan Group. She has previously held directorships for Infratil companies including One NZ (formerly Vodafone NZ) and mobile tower business Fortysouth.
Nicole has a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology, a Master of Laws (Taxation) from the University of Sydney and is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Australia.
Dr Aziz Osman

Dr Aziz Osman is a radiologist at Qscan Radiology Clinics. He was awarded a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Queensland in 2007.
Aziz also completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Queensland, graduating in 2003 with majors in Biomedical Science and Pharmacology.
His post-graduate training in radiology was undertaken at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane.

Dr Mark Hansen

Dr Mark Hansen has been a radiologist at Qscan Radiology Clinics since August 2006. He contributed to the growth of Qscan and was instrumental in the design and construction of our Mater Private Clinic Practice and Redcliffe Practice.
Mark completed his undergraduate medical degree at the University of Queensland in 1997, followed by an internship and residency at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. Mark completed his specialist training in Radiology at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in 2005.
In 2005, Mark was awarded the prestigious Uhr Clarke bursary from the Queensland branch of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists, recognising his outstanding performance in the college exams, ranking the highest in the state.
Mark was honoured with the Travelling Fellowship prize by the Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR), granting him the opportunity to attend the ISMRM workshop on Real Time MRI held in Santa Monica in 2006.

Dr Jason Yeo

Dr Jason Yeo is a radiologist, board member and director of Qscan Group Ptd Ltd, and clinical director of Alpenglow Australia. He graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2002 and completed a Masters in Medicine at the University of Sydney in 2004.
He undertook his radiology training at St George Hospital Sydney before completing a Fellowship in Neuroradiology in Canada.
Upon returning to Sydney, he worked as a VMO Radiologist at SESLHD and ISLHD, providing high-end interventional and diagnostic services to two tertiary referral centres and worked in the private sector.
